Ragala Resorts ,Hyderabad

Ragala Resorts operates out of Flat 307 in the Happy Homes building, located in S.P Nagar, Moulali, Hyderabad. It is an apartment setup, so it is not what you might expect when you hear the word resort. We handle all the bookings and the daily paperwork from this small flat. The building is usually quite busy with other residents coming and going. Sometimes the lift takes a long time, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. Inside the flat, we have a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. There is a small balcony that looks out over the neighborhood, but it gets very hot out there in the summer months. We spend most of our time answering emails and talking to people on the phone. Moulali is a bit far from the main city center, but it is where we are based. We usually get our tea from a small shop downstairs. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. It is a simple, no-nonsense place where we just focus on getting the work done. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It is just a few of us working together in an apartment to make sure everything runs the way it should. It is a very local way of doing things, and we are quite comfortable here.
