R L Travels, Gsa Oman Air

Our travel office is located in the Venkatasai Complex, right on Alkapuri Road No. 14 in the Dilsukhnagar area, or Dsnr as everyone calls it. We are specifically at S1 in the complex. Working here means we deal with a lot of people wanting to fly out, especially with Oman Air. It is a small office run by Sajith and the rest of the team. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to help people get their tickets sorted out without too much trouble. Dsnr is a very crowded and loud part of Hyderabad, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one person at a time. We are not a giant travel agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us sitting in the Venkatasai Complex. We have some posters on the walls of different places you can fly to, but otherwise, it is a very basic setup. People come in with all sorts of questions about visas and luggage, and we do our best to give them a straight answer. It can be a bit stressful when flights get delayed or changed, but that is the nature of the travel business. We have been at this Alkapuri Road location for a while and know the neighborhood well.
