At Premier Caterers, we work out of our place at 16-9-516/106 in Old Malakpet. We are right opposite the Moonlit School, so we hear the kids playing during our morning shifts. Malakpet is a place with a lot of history, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a good while. Our work involves a lot of planning and even more cooking. We spend our hours in the kitchen making sure everything is ready for whatever event we are working on that day. It might be a small lunch or a bigger dinner. We don't have a flashy office or anything corporate like that. It’s just us in the kitchen, dealing with the heat and the orders. Sometimes we forget to order enough supplies and have to scramble at the last minute. That's just how it goes when you’re busy. We know the streets of Old Malakpet pretty well by now. The traffic can be a real pain, but we manage to get through it. Our team is just a few local guys who know how to cook. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. It’s a practical way to run things. We just stay here and do our job, making sure the food is ready when people expect it. It’s a lot of long hours, but we are happy to be working in this part of Hyderabad. We just take one order at a time and try to stay organized as best we can. We are just simple people.
