Premier Caterer

We are Premier Caterer, located at 11-1-659/1/D near Darusalam in the Sitaram Bagh area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with all the noise and activity. Our days usually start very early, way before the sun is even up, because that is when the cooking has to begin. We handle a lot of different events, mostly local ones in and around Sitaram Bagh. There is a lot of chopping vegetables and lifting heavy pots. It is not an easy job, but it is what we know how to do. The kitchen can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months here in Hyderabad. We don't have some big fancy headquarters. It’s just our workspace where we get the orders ready. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when we have three deliveries at the same time. We just load up the vans and hope the traffic isn't too bad near Darusalam. Most of our staff live nearby, so we are like a small community. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we just keep at it day after day. People around here know where to find us if they need food for a gathering. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the food delivered on time. It is a simple business, nothing too complicated. Just a lot of cooking and moving. It takes a lot of energy to keep this going every single day. We stay busy and keep our focus on work as best we can.
