Our office is based in Secunderabad at 1-9-310/2 on Chakala Veedhi. It is right in the middle of the Kushaiguda area in the Ranga Reddy district. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get quite hectic with all the local traffic and the heat. We have been in this building for quite a while now. Oriental Cuisines is what we do, but here in the office, it is mostly about logistics and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. We have a lot of binders filled with recipes and vendor lists. The desks are usually covered in loose papers and half-empty water bottles. We aren't a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. We are just a group of people who know how to handle the food business from the ground up. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here every morning. It is a bit of a noisy environment because the windows don't shut all the way, so you hear the sounds of the street all day long. We don't have any shiny awards on the walls, just a few calendars and some old photos of the team. It is just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized and get the jobs done.
