Our office is located C/O R. Hari Prasad in Hyderabad. It’s right here in India, and we’ve been at this spot for a while. Being a BPO service means there is always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. It can get a bit loud with all the talking, but that’s just how the job is. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace designed for getting things finished. Hyderabad is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp through the shifts. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it works for what we need. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the internet acts up or a computer needs fixing, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a bunch of people working hard. Omnia Bpo Service is basically just us in this office in India. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get lunch nearby and it's a familiar place to work every day.
