We’ve got this office at H.No 851-7 in the Town Planners Colony over in Porvorim. Being in Goa, you’d think it’s all beaches, but for us at Ohri`S Groups Of Hotels & Restaurants, it’s mostly office work. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotels and the eating spots. The building is in a quiet colony, so it’s a bit away from the main tourist noise. Inside, it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our time dealing with bookings, staff schedules, and making sure the kitchen supplies are being ordered correctly. It’s a lot of coordination between different locations. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and we end up drinking too much coffee. The office is practical, nothing too fancy. We don't have a big reception area because we aren't really a place where guests come to stay; we just manage things from here. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the AC is always running. We’ve been in Bardez for a while, and the team here is used to the pace. It’s steady work. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a big event is coming up. We just keep our heads down and get through the checklist. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the restaurants and hotels running like they should. We finish our work, lock up, and head home just like anyone else in the neighborhood.
