Ohris Cuisine Court

This place is located right in the heart of Basheer Bagh. It’s a big space at 5-9-30/16-20 where we have several different types of food all in one area. We’ve been operating in this part of Hyderabad for quite some time now. It’s usually pretty loud because there are so many things happening at once. You have different counters serving different styles of meals. It’s the kind of place where a group of friends can come and everyone gets something different. We have staff running around making sure the tables are cleared and the floors stay relatively clean, which is a constant job given how many people walk through here every day. It’s not a fancy fine-dining setup. It’s more of a practical spot for people who are working nearby or out shopping in Basheer Bagh. The lighting is bright and the chairs are simple. We see a lot of students and office workers during the day. In the evenings, families show up. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; people just know we're here. Sometimes a machine breaks down or we run out of a certain ingredient, and we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a busy, everyday kind of place that keeps us all on our toes from morning until we close up at night. The noise of the city stays outside once you get settled in.
