Ohri'S Banjara

Our place is located at 8-2-682/3 on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills. If you know where the Income Tax Colony is, we’re right across from there. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily enough. We’ve been serving food here for a long time. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Hyderabad. Inside, we keep things simple and functional. We have a variety of food, mostly focusing on the kinds of things locals like to eat. The kitchen team starts early in the morning to get everything ready. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring before the doors even open. We have a few different sections in the restaurant depending on what you’re looking for. Some days the air conditioning works better than others, but we try our best to keep everyone comfortable. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just rely on people walking in and liking what they eat. The waiters have their own way of doing things, and they know the menu inside out. It gets pretty loud when the tables are full, especially with the traffic from Road 12 outside. We just keep moving, serving plates and clearing tables until it's time to lock up. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the rhythm of it by now. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this road.
