Oceania Cruises-Maimi

We are located in Sri Lakshmi Nilayam, specifically in Flat No 402 on the 4th floor. This is in the Sv Officers Colony in Ramakrishnapuram. We are quite close to the Bank of India, which helps people find us. Oceania Cruises-Maimi is the name on the door, but it’s just a regular office space in a residential-style building. Being on the 4th floor, we have a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the phones and the paperwork. It’s a quiet area compared to the main roads. Sv Officers Colony is a decent place to be. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. You just come up the stairs or take the lift to the 4th floor. We spend our days handling cruise-related stuff, but from here in Ramakrishnapuram. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but not too bad. We aren't a big, flashy company office with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller team here. We just handle what needs to be done and try to stay organized. Most of our day is spent at the desks. It’s a practical location for us. Being near the Bank of India is handy for errands. We just keep things moving along without any big fuss or complicated mission statements. We have been here for a good amount of time and we just keep the office running every day without making it complex.
