Nsl Infratech Pvt Ltd is based in Hig-152, which is in the Kphb Colony of Kukatpally. Since we are in a residential colony, it feels a bit more like a home than a big industrial office. We have our desks set up in the rooms and the main hall serves as the meeting space. There is always a lot of dust from the construction going on in the neighborhood, so we are constantly wiping down the computers and files. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. The work involves a lot of looking at plans and talking on the phone with people at different sites. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes eat our lunch together at the big table in the middle. The filing cabinets are a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting, but we do get our tasks done by the end of the week. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone who visits. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Just a small plate with the name on it. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending a fortune on things that don't matter much. We just focus on the infrastructure projects and keep the paperwork moving along.
