Property development is done from the Ranga Reddy district. The office is at Plot No. 77 in Sita Homes, which is in the Badangpet area of Saroor Nagar. It is on the outskirts of Hyderabad, so there is still a lot of open land and construction happening all around. The office is basically a small building on the plot where all the site maps and property documents are kept. A lot of time is spent outside looking at different plots of land, so coming back to the office covered in a bit of dust is normal. It is a very practical setup with just a few desks and some chairs for when people come to talk about buying land. The sun can be really harsh here, so most of the field work gets done early in the morning. No big marketing team exists here. It’s just us and a few workers who help with the site stuff. Many paper maps are pinned to the walls to keep track of which plots are sold and which are still available. It’s a quiet office most of the time unless a big project is starting up. The focus stays on the development work and making sure the boundaries are marked out correctly for the customers. It is hard work but everyone is used to it. Each day brings something different to handle.
