New Golden Caterer

So, New Golden Caterer is over here in Santosh Nagar, specifically at the Omer Hotel area. It's a busy spot near Didl. Most days start pretty early because you can’t really rush the cooking process when you have a lot of orders to get through. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, making sure everything is chopped and the stoves are going. It gets quite hot in there, but that is just part of the job I suppose. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now. People come by the hotel or call us when they have something coming up like a small party or just a gathering where they need a decent meal. We aren't a fancy office or anything like that. It is mostly just us working with the pots and pans and making sure the food gets to where it needs to go on time. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when three different things are happening at once, but we manage to get it done. We know the streets around Santosh Nagar well enough to get around the traffic. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing the empty plates at the end of a job usually makes it feel alright. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure nobody goes home hungry. It’s a simple setup we have here at the hotel, and we just keep at it every day.
