You can find us in Somajiguda, over at the Amrit Apartment on Kapadia Lane. We are up in Flat 210 in Phase 2. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the building. We handle travel stuff and act as the GSA for SriLankan Airlines here. Mostly, that means a lot of booking flights and sorting out itineraries for people. The office is usually full of papers and the sound of phones ringing. Travel can be a headache for people, so we try to sort it out. We aren't a massive call center. It's just a regular office setup in an apartment building. Sometimes the internet goes slow or we have to wait on hold with the airline ourselves. It’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve been in Hyderabad 82 for quite a while. We know the local travel scene pretty well by now. People come by to pick up tickets or just to ask about prices for their next trip. We don't use any fancy booking systems that do the work for us; it’s mostly us typing away and checking dates. It's a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help someone get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Somajiguda is a busy place, but once you get inside the apartment, it’s a bit more focused.
