We are Mythili Kitchen Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at number 640 on the 6th floor. We’re located in Block 9 of the Manasarovar complex, which is part of High Phase 3. It’s a big building, so it takes a little while to get up to us, especially if the elevators are being used by the office workers. Our space is basically a large commercial kitchen. We don't have a front desk or a waiting area for guests. It’s all about the cooking and prep work here. There’s always something boiling or frying, so the air usually smells like whatever we’re making that day. It can get pretty hot and humid in the kitchen, even with the windows open. We’ve got a small team of cooks and helpers who stay busy from early morning until the evening. We aren't trying to be a fancy five-star place. We just focus on making the food the way it’s supposed to be made. There’s a lot of cleaning involved, scrubbing the counters and washing the big pots at the end of every shift. It’s hard, physical work and we’re usually exhausted by the time we leave. Manasarovar is a busy area, but once you’re up on the 6th floor, it’s a bit more peaceful. We just stay focused on our tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss.
