Mummys Kitchen

Mummys Kitchen is on the first floor of Plot Number 77 in Kondapur. We’re situated near Kothaguda and Madhapur, which is a part of town that never really seems to sleep much. Being on the first floor means you have to look up a bit to see our sign from the street. There are a lot of IT offices and large apartment buildings all around us in the 500034 area. We get a mix of young professionals and families who live in the local area. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually quite warm in there with all the cooking going on throughout the day. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; it’s just us running the show from the floor. We try to keep the menu simple so we can do everything ourselves without getting overwhelmed. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. That’s just part of running a small place. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just some sturdy tables and chairs that are easy to clean. Most people come in for a quick lunch or pick something up on their way back from work. We just do our best to keep the quality consistent and the place welcoming in a normal, everyday way. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are used to it.
