We operate out of house number B-419 in the HCL Colony in Hyderabad. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the colony. We handle a lot of travel stuff, from booking bus tickets to figuring out train schedules. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at booking screens. It's a small office, mostly taken up by a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall. We have stacks of brochures from different places, though most people just ask us questions directly now. The HCL Colony is a nice place to work because it’s got a bit of a community feel to it. We know a lot of the families who live nearby. They stop by when they’re planning a trip to visit relatives or going on a short holiday. We don't have a fancy website with all the bells and whistles. We prefer talking to people and getting the details right. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is a pain, but we fix it. It’s just us doing our thing, helping people get from one place to another. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the common routes pretty well. It’s just a small local business trying to make things a bit easier for everyone.
