M/S Hansa Holidays

Our office is on the second floor of a building in Srinivasa Colony West. It's part of the S.R. Nagar area in Hyderabad. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We help people figure out their travel plans and holidays. It’s not a large place, just a couple of rooms with some maps on the walls and plenty of chairs for people to sit while we talk. We use the phones a lot to check on bus and train bookings. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day. The colony is usually busy with people going to work or school. We aren't one of those big online travel sites, we just talk to you and see what fits. My brother and I run the place with one other helper. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop across the street. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who have known us for years. We try to keep track of all the different prices and schedules in a big notebook, though we use the computer too. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open. We just like helping people get to where they want to go without too much trouble. It’s a decent way to make a living for our family.
