Our office is located in the Surya Saroj Apartments, specifically Flat 317 in Plot 3 of the Huda Complex in Saroornagar. Hyderabad is a big place, and Saroornagar is a busy residential and commercial mix. We handle travel arrangements here at Bcd Travel India. It’s not a big storefront with posters of beaches in the window. We are up on the third floor of the apartment block. It’s mostly phones and computers, booking flights and sorting out itineraries for people. The lift in the building is a bit moody, so sometimes we have to walk up the stairs. It’s a modest office. We have a few maps on the walls and a lot of coffee mugs on the desks. We've been at this for some time now. Travel can be a headache when things get cancelled or delayed, so we spend a lot of time on hold with airlines. We aren't a high-end luxury agency. We just help people get from point A to point B without too much trouble. The Huda Complex is easy enough to find if you know the area. We don't have a big corporate lobby.
