Mouthbomb Eateries Llp is based out of KPHB Colony, specifically in LIG-6/6, Phase III. The area code is 500073. KPHB is a huge residential and commercial hub, so there is always something going on right outside our doors. We chose the name because we wanted something that sounded a bit fun and different, but we take the actual work of running the place pretty seriously. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just work out of this space in the colony. Most of our time is spent experimenting with different food ideas or managing the small staff we have in the kitchen. The neighborhood is full of students and young professionals, which gives the whole place a lot of energy. We deal with the usual headaches of running an eatery, like equipment breaking down at the worst possible time or trying to source the right ingredients when prices go up suddenly. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. Our goal is just to make sure the food is good and people leave happy. It’s a simple way of looking at things, but it works for us. Living and working in Hyderabad means we are used to the noise and the crowds. We just put our heads down and do the work every day, one order at a time. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and keep moving. It's a busy life but we like it.
