Mediterranean Cuisine

We've been over here at Toli Chowki for a while now, right across from the RTA office in the Yousuf Takdi Complex. It gets pretty busy around this part of Hyderabad, especially with people coming in and out of the government offices all day. We just focus on putting out food that people like to eat. It’s mostly Mediterranean stuff, so lots of olive oil, fresh veggies, and grilled meats. The kitchen isn't huge but we manage. Most days it’s just us making sure the prep is done before the lunch rush starts. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. People just walk in, find a seat, and eat. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. We try to keep things clean and simple. You won't find any big fancy menus or anything. Just the usual dishes we know how to make well. We've seen a lot of regulars come through over the years. Some are just stopping by while they wait for their paperwork across the street, others live nearby. It's a decent spot to grab a bite if you're in the area. We just keep our heads down and cook. Nothing more to it than that. If you're looking for us, look for the complex near the RTA, we're right there. We enjoy the work and the people we meet every day. It's a busy neighborhood but it's home for us.
