We’re over at Laxmi Apartments, Flat No 314, right by the Nalgonda X Roads in Malakpet. It’s a busy intersection in Hyderabad, so there’s always something happening outside. Being in an apartment building means it doesn't look like Mcdonalds Uk typically would from the street. You have to come up to the third floor to find us. It’s a bit of a squeeze with all the equipment and files we have in here. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. It’s not a very glamorous setup, just some desks and old chairs. The fans are always going because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Malakpet is a crowded area, so getting in and out during peak hours is always a bit of a challenge. We’ve been at this location for a while now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us doing the daily grind. Sometimes we get distracted by the noise from the crossroads, but you get used to it. We don't have any fancy posters or a mission statement on the wall. We just know what we have to do each day and we get on with it. It’s a regular job in a regular part of the city. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just people working in an apartment. It is simple and we like it that way.
