Our catering business is based in Subash Nagar, over in the Golla Guda area of Trimulgherry. We operate out of a space on the H 25-37 block. It is a local residential neighborhood, so we are surrounded by houses and families. We don't have a big fancy office; we mostly have a very busy kitchen. The sounds of knives hitting cutting boards and the smell of spices are part of our daily life here. We start work very early, often before the sun comes up, to get everything ready for the day’s orders. Trimulgherry is a place where people know their neighbors, and we feel like we are a part of that. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the ingredients at the local market to cooking and then loading everything into the vans. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and physical work. Our staff are local people who have been with us for a long time. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People in Golla Guda just know where we are. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when we have a big order to finish, but we always manage to get it done. It’s just a normal, hardworking business. We stay focused on the cooking and making sure the food is ready when it needs to be. That is how we have always done things here in Subash Nagar.
