Our office is located at Plot No-15 in Hastinapuram Central, right along Sagar Road in Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always a lot of traffic passing by. Here at Mahindra Holidays & Resort India Ltd., we deal with a lot of people who are looking to take a break from their normal lives. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking availability and talking to the different resort locations. It's a lot of coordination. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and it gets a bit loud. Other times, it's just us quietly typing away. We try to keep things straightforward. If a place is full, we tell you it’s full. We don’t like to make things more complicated than they need to be. We’ve been in this Hyderabad spot for some time now and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. It’s a lot of daily routine, checking memberships and answering emails. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the details are sorted for everyone's upcoming trips. It is mostly about keeping the schedules lined up correctly so people can just go and enjoy their time off.
