Even though the name mentions Botswana, we are actually based over here in Kandivali West, Mumbai. Our spot is at D-13 in Digvijaynagar, right by Hindustan Naka. If you know Mumbai-67, you know how busy this area gets, especially with all the shops and people moving around the Naka. Our office isn't anything big or flashy; it’s just a room where we manage the various parts of the business. We handle a lot of the coordination for the catering and the banquet side of things from this desk. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the horns, but we are used to it by now. The space is filled with old ledgers, some sample menus, and a lot of phone chargers. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers or checking on event bookings. It’s a family-run kind of feeling, where someone is always bringing in snacks or complaining about the train delays on the Western Line. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing a leaky tap in the back. It’s a bit cramped with all the files, but it serves its purpose for us. Being in Kandivali means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to run errands or meet people nearby. It’s just a basic Mumbai workplace where we get the job done every day. We manage okay.
