We are at Shop number 5-1-747 on Bank Street. It’s in the Koti area of Hyderabad, right across from the Sitara Hotel. If you've ever walked down Bank Street, you've probably seen us. It's a very busy part of Koti. There are banks and shops everywhere. We’ve been in this little shop for a while. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. Most of the time, people are standing around outside eating. We don't have a lot of seating inside. The 500095 area is always bustling with activity. We start getting things ready in the late morning. By the afternoon, the street is usually packed with people. Being opposite Sitara Hotel helps people find us easily. We don't do any big promotions. We just put our food out and people come. The noise of the traffic on Bank Street is something we've grown used to. It's just part of the atmosphere here in Hyderabad. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened the shop. We keep things simple and just focus on the snacks. There’s no need for anything complicated. It’s a small business and we put in the hours every day. The weather can be hot, but we keep the fans going and stay busy with the orders. Sometimes we run out of things early if the crowd is big, but that’s just life.
