We are located in Maninagar East, right across from the Methodist Church. If you find the Old Municipal Quarters at 6/122, that’s where we are. It is an older part of Ahmedabad, so the buildings have that lived-in, slightly worn-out feel. We handle a lot of customer dialog here, which basically means we are on the phone or responding to messages all day long. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is talking at once. You can hear the traffic from the street and the church bells ringing sometimes. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of people, just a dedicated group working out of this space. The desks are close together and there are wires everywhere for the headsets and computers. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and most of the local shopkeepers know us by now. We usually grab lunch from the small food stalls nearby. The work is steady, mostly answering questions and solving little problems for people who call in. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting in a suit. You just walk in and see everyone working. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Ahmedabad heat, but we manage with a few extra fans. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and being in a central spot like Maninagar makes it easy for the staff to get here every day.
