We are based at 117 on the 27th Main Road in HSR Layout. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is tucked away in one of the buildings. It isn't a massive place with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we handle our e-commerce work. We have boxes arriving and leaving all the time. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit blocked with shipments. 27th Main is always full of traffic, so we hear the noise of the city all day. We’ve got a small team. Most of us have been here since we started. We sit at our desks and manage the orders coming in. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of typing and checking lists. We have a small kettle for tea which gets a lot of use. HSR Layout is a good spot because there are so many other businesses nearby. We don't really do walk-in customers since it's all online. But we are here every day making sure things get sent out correctly. The rain in Bangalore can make the commute a struggle, but we always make it in. We don't have a big sign outside. Just a small plate with the name on it. It’s a quiet operation inside a loud neighborhood. We just focus on our tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly without any major hiccups. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
