You can find us at C-43, Plot no 303 in Madhura Nagar. It’s right here in Hyderabad, and the area is usually buzzing with people. We have a small office space where we keep the car keys and the logbooks. I spend most of my day answering the phone and talking to drivers about where they need to go next. The desk is a bit cluttered with maps and old receipts, but I know where everything is. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit if they’re waiting for their ride. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Outside, there’s always someone parking or pulling out, so it’s never really silent. We focus on getting people from one place to another. Sometimes a car needs a repair or a tire gets flat, and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That’s just the nature of the travel business. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a simple one so people know they’re in the right spot. Most of our regular customers have our number saved in their phones anyway. We’ve been in this Madhura Nagar location for a while now and we know the street pretty well. It’s a basic operation, just us, the vehicles, and a lot of driving around the city. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the daily trips done on time.
