Lufthansa German Airlines

We are set up at Plot Number 502 and 168 inside the Brundhavan Arcade in Motinagar. It is an interesting spot for a name like Lufthansa German Airlines because it feels very much like a part of the local Hyderabad neighborhood. We have our desks here and we spend most of the day dealing with flight details and helping people with their travel plans to Europe and beyond. The arcade itself can be a bit busy with people visiting the other shops and offices, so there is always a lot of movement. It isn't a huge airport office with hundreds of people; it is more of a focused space where a few of us make sure things are running the way they should. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails, and sometimes people just walk in to ask about a booking. The office has a very practical layout with plenty of filing cabinets and a small area where visitors can sit down for a minute. Motinagar is a good area to be in because it is well-connected, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during the evening rush. We don't really go for any flashy displays or high-tech gadgets in the front office. It is mostly just about getting the information right and making sure everyone’s journey goes as smoothly as possible. We’ve been in this arcade for a while and have gotten used to the daily rhythm of the place.
