We are over in Raghvender Nagar at house number B183. If you have been around this part of Hyderabad, you might have seen us. We do food stuff here for the airport and travel side. It is a busy kitchen environment. The day starts way before the sun is up because planes do not wait. We have people working in the back, chopping and cooking. It is a lot of planning to get things right. Hyderabad is a big city and traffic is usually a nightmare, so we plan our timing carefully. Raghvender Nagar is a decent area. Our building is not anything special from the outside, but inside there is always something moving. We deal with many menus. It is not like a restaurant where people sit down. It is about getting things ready to go out. The humidity in Andhra Pradesh can be tough in the kitchen. Most of us have been doing this for years. We just focus on the task. You will not find us advertising because we stay busy. It is hard work, standing all day, but it is what we do in Hyderabad. The delivery vans come and go through the gate all morning. We have to keep the floors scrubbed and the hairnets on. Sometimes the smell of spices from our kitchen fills the whole street. We just keep our heads down and cook. It’s a steady rhythm that we have fallen into. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch.
