Our office is in Saibaba Colony, which is a quiet part of Bowenpally in Secunderabad. The house number is 1-25-23, and it’s a regular residential building. It’s quite a contrast to think about big cruise ships while sitting in a colony in North Secunderabad. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. The office isn't very large; it's just a couple of rooms where we keep the files and manage the phone calls. Most people in the neighborhood probably don’t even realize we’re working on international shipping stuff right next door to them. We deal with the usual problems like the heat in the summer and the slow traffic near the Bowenpally checkpost. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to reach, but it’s definitely not a fancy corporate tower. We spend our time checking schedules and talking to people on the other side of the world. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don’t wear suits every day. It’s just about getting the paperwork processed and making sure everything is lined up correctly. Sometimes the power cuts happen and we just wait it out with some tea. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team in a local colony doing our part for the cruise line. It’s honest work and we stay busy with the daily tasks that come our way.
