Lotus Childrens Hospital

We are over here in Old Malakpet, right in the middle of everything in Hyderabad. The hospital stays pretty busy most days because kids are always getting into something or catching a cold. It gets a bit loud in the hallways sometimes with all the little ones running around or crying when they see a needle. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. It’s not a fancy place but we keep the floors clean and the lights on. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really backed up, especially during the morning rush, so it can be a bit of a headache to get into the parking area. The staff mostly lives nearby or takes the bus. We just focus on getting through the patient list and making sure everyone gets seen before we head home for the evening. It’s a lot of work honestly, and by the time five or six o’clock rolls around, we’re all pretty tired. But that’s just how it goes in a place like this. The building itself has seen better days maybe, but it does the job. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just show up because they need help with their kids. We keep some toys in the corner of the waiting room to keep them occupied, though they usually end up scattered all over the floor by noon.
