Lones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

Our office is located in Shankar Nager, Phase-2, over in the Lingampally area of Hyderabad. The house number is 1-46/3/2/1, which is a bit of a mouthful to say but easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We work on property and real estate matters under the name Lones Lang Lasalle Meghraj. It’s a quiet residential part of town, which makes it a decent place to focus on our work. We aren't in one of those tall glass buildings downtown. We like it better here where it’s more relaxed. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps and documents. There’s a few of us here and we’ve known each other for years. We just keep track of what’s happening in the local market. Sometimes we have to head out to look at sites, but mostly we are right here at our desks. The office is pretty basic with just what we need to stay organized. We don’t go for any of that corporate polish. It’s just us doing our jobs and helping people figure out their property needs. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make coffee. It’s a practical setup and it works for us. We’ve been part of the Chandanagar community for a good while now. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high.
