Lodha Group

Our office for the Lodha Group is located in Secunderabad, over at Flat 215 in the Awho Colony. It’s in Sector-A, right in the Gunrock Enclave area. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it’s not like those massive glass towers you see in the city. We’re just on one of the floors of the building. It’s a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We deal with a lot of people coming in to talk about property and homes. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We have some folders piled up on the desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit on. It’s a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we manage to make it work. The colony itself is quite nice and has plenty of trees around, which makes the walk to the office pleasant. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people figure out their housing stuff. Sometimes we have to run out to meet people at different sites, so the office is empty for a bit. We’re just regular people working in a regular neighborhood. It’s a practical setup for us because it keeps us close to the areas we’re working in. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks. The balcony overlooks a small park where people sit in the evenings. It’s a nice view when we take a minute to breathe between calls and emails.
