My name is Ramu and I run this travel spot over in Hanuman Tekdi. We are at door number 4-3-452/7, which is easy to find if you know the area. It’s just a small shop, really. I started this because I liked helping people get their bus and train tickets without all the hassle of doing it themselves. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams way more often than I’d like. People come in mostly to ask about prices or to see if there’s a seat left on the night bus to the next city. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always people walking past the window. I spend most of my time on the phone or looking at schedules on the screen. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always running in the corner. We don’t have any fancy brochures with glossy pictures; usually, I just tell people what I know about the routes and which buses are the most reliable. It’s a simple business. I’ve lived in this city all my life, so I know how to get around. If a customer is confused, I try to explain it the way I know how so they don't get lost. It’s just me and a bit of help from my family sometimes. We aren’t a big agency, just a local place where you can get your travel sorted out for a fair price.
