Leads2Call.Com is over at H No: 16-9-418 in Old Malakpet, Hyderabad. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and it feels very lived-in. Our office is tucked away in one of the houses there. We mostly do work on the phones and computers all day. It’s the kind of place where you’ll hear a lot of voices at once because everyone is talking to somebody. We’ve got rows of desks and some pretty basic headsets. It’s not the most modern looking office, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in Malakpet for a bit and we like being here because of the local food spots nearby for lunch. The work is mostly about making connections and checking lists. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, so you have to look at the house numbers to find us. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when it rains, but we just wait it out. It’s a regular job for the people who work here, mostly younger folks from the neighborhood. We don't do anything too complicated, just follow the lists and make the calls we need to make. It’s a practical way to run a business in this part of Hyderabad. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day. There is always a lot of chatter in the room but we get used to it after a while. It is just how things go. We keep the machines running and the calls going out.
