We operate out of Flat No. 4209 in Janapriya Avenue. It’s in the 4th Block of the Satyanagar Colony in New Maruthinagar, Hyderabad. Being in a residential complex like Janapriya Avenue means we see a lot of families and regular life going on while we are trying to plan travel and tours. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve filled with desks and maps. We spend most of our day on the phone or typing away, trying to get itineraries sorted out for people. It’s not a fancy travel agency with big posters in the window. We are more behind-the-scenes. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors or the kids playing outside comes through the walls, but it just adds to the atmosphere. We don't have any big corporate mission statements hanging up. We just know that people want to go places and we are the ones who help them get there without too much trouble. It gets a bit hectic during the peak travel seasons, and we end up staying late and ordering in food. We’ve all been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits. It’s a comfortable, slightly cramped space, but it’s where all the planning happens. We just try to stay on top of the details and keep the paperwork moving for every trip we handle. It's just how we do it.
