Our kitchen is set up at H.No 40-808-H-2 in Srinivasa Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood spot where we do all our catering work. Most mornings you’ll find us starting the stoves early because there’s always a lot of prep to get through. Chopping vegetables, getting the rice ready, and making sure all the spices are measured out takes up a good chunk of our time. It gets pretty loud and hot in the kitchen once we really get going, but that’s just how it is when you’re cooking for a lot of people. We’ve been working out of this house for some time now and the local folks are used to seeing our delivery bags going in and out. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local food business trying to keep up with the daily orders. We handle everything from small family meals to larger gatherings. There’s usually a bit of a mess during the peak hours, but we make sure to scrub everything down once the last batch of food goes out. We don’t spend much on fancy things, just the equipment we need to cook properly. It’s honest work and we like the feeling of being busy. Usually, by the time evening rolls around, we’re tired but satisfied with what we’ve managed to get done for the day. We just try to keep the food tasting like home.
