Ksr Bolo Biryani Restaurant'S Privatelimited is located right across from the Vijay Diagnostic Centre in the Himayathnagar area. Our actual spot is 3-6-106/F-104 in the Queens Court Apartment building. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and bikes outside. We spend most of our hours in the kitchen, which gets quite hot when all the stoves are going. Making biryani is a long process and you can't really rush it. We wake up early to check the meat and the rice that gets delivered. The smell of the spices is very strong and it stays on your clothes all day. Sometimes the lift in the apartment is broken or just really slow, so we end up carrying bags of rice up the stairs, which is quite a workout. We have a few guys who help with the cooking and the cleaning. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. We just have our tables, the kitchen equipment, and a small area for people to sit. On weekends, it gets really crowded and we have to move fast to keep up with everyone. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or they're visiting the diagnostic center. We just focus on the cooking and try to keep the place tidy. It is hard work but we get through it.
