Ksheera Sagar Catering

We run Ksheera Sagar Catering from Survey No-265, Plot No-1 in the Public Sector Colony. This is over in New Bowenpally, Secunderabad 500011. It’s mostly a kitchen-based life for us. We spend a lot of our time around big stoves and huge pots, getting food ready for different events. Public Sector Colony is where we’ve set up our base. It’s not a restaurant where you come to sit down and eat; it’s more of a place where all the cooking and prep work happens before we head out. New Bowenpally is a decent area to work out of, though the traffic can be a pain when we are trying to deliver food on time. We don't have any fancy chefs in tall hats. We’re just a team of people who know how to cook for a crowd. It’s hot and sweaty work, especially when you have ten different things on the fire. We focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there’s enough for everyone. We’ve been doing this at Survey No-265 for quite a while now. Some days are incredibly long, starting before the sun is up, but that’s just the catering business. We just do our best with every order and hope the food tastes like home cooking.
