Kingfisher

Our office is situated in B-606 over at the Progressive Signature Apartment in Sector-6, Ghansoli. Being in Navi Mumbai means we’re part of that whole busy atmosphere, but our specific corner is a bit more residential. Kingfisher has a presence here, though it’s not a giant terminal or anything like that. It’s just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we handle the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people on the phone. The 400701 area is growing fast, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby, just a doorbell and some desks. Most of the time, it’s just the small team of us working through whatever comes in. It’s a practical way to work, without the pressure of a huge corporate building. We like the Ghansoli vibe because it’s a bit more relaxed than the main city. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Our desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy marketing stuff here. We just focus on the logistics and making sure we don't lose track of the details. It’s a real, working office where mistakes happen occasionally but we fix them and keep moving. That’s how we’ve been doing things for quite some time now.
