Kickin Food

Kickin Food is our little kitchen setup located over at 556, near the Hotel Hitech City area. We focus on getting food ready for people who are working nearby or staying in the area. It gets really busy around lunchtime because of all the offices around here. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with waiters in suits; it’s more of a practical place where the stove is always going. I started this because I liked cooking and saw that people needed decent meals without a lot of fuss. The kitchen is small, so we have to be organized, or it becomes a mess pretty quickly. We use whatever ingredients we can get fresh that morning from the local market. Some days we run out of things earlier than expected, but that's just how it goes when you're small. The noise from the Hitech City traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a week or so. My brother helps with the deliveries when he isn't busy with his own work. We don't have a big menu, just a few things we know how to make well. It's hard work being on your feet all day in a hot kitchen, but seeing people finish their plates makes it feel alright. We just keep our heads down and keep the orders moving out the door every single day. It's nothing special, just good food for hungry workers.
