This branch is tucked into Indira Nagar, over in the Kushaiguda area of Hyderabad. Our house number is 10-28/231/150, if you are trying to find us on a map. It stays pretty loud and busy around here most of the time. The kitchen is always running, and you can smell the food as soon as you walk in. We spend our shifts mostly on our feet, taking orders and making sure the tables are wiped down. It gets really crowded during the lunch hour and then again in the evening. The local people from around Kushaiguda stop by a lot. We have a mix of regular workers and families who live nearby. It’s a lot of repeating the same tasks, like bagging orders and checking the friers. Sometimes the delivery drivers are all lined up outside waiting for their bags. We just try to keep the line moving so nobody waits too long. The air conditioning is a life saver when the Hyderabad sun is beating down outside. It’s just a regular job for us, keeping the place clean and the food hot. We don't have much time for sitting around. Once the dinner rush ends, we start cleaning up for the next day. It’s honest work and we see a lot of different faces every single day in this part of town. We just focus on the orders we have.
