You can find Kesineni Tours & Travels over in Vanastalipuram, right in the National Market Building. We are located directly opposite the Panama Godowns, which is a big landmark that most people in the 500 070 area know. The office is always a bit hectic because people are constantly coming in to check on bus timings or book tickets. It’s a busy building with a lot of other shops and people moving around all the time. The walls are covered with old posters and schedules, and the chairs in the waiting area have seen better days. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, so we’ve seen the market grow and change. It gets pretty loud with the buses and trucks outside, especially since the godowns are right there. We don’t have any fancy technology or a polished lobby. It’s just a counter, some computers, and a lot of paper logs. The staff here knows the routes better than anyone, and we spend most of our time answering the same questions over and over. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
