We aren't a stand-alone shop on the street; we are part of the larger hotel property, which gives us a bit of a different feel. We focus on grilling and making sure the fire is just right for the food we serve. It’s an outdoor kind of setup, so the weather usually dictates how the evening goes. When it’s a clear night in Hyderabad, it’s a different experience. We have been doing this for a long time, and the staff knows the routine inside and out. It isn't a place with a lot of modern, flashy decor. It feels more traditional and grounded. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or fancy slogans. We just show up, get the charcoal started, and wait for the guests to arrive. Most people who come here are staying at the hotel or live nearby in Banjara Hills. It’s a steady kind of work, and we take it one day at a time. We try to keep things simple and let the food speak for itself. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep the grills going every night until we close up for the evening. It’s been our way for quite a few years now.
