Kcs Caterers

We run Kcs Caterers out of a space at 10-3-30/6 in East Marredpally. It is a busy part of the city, and we have been tucked away in this neighborhood for quite some years. We do not have a big fancy storefront with bright lights because most of our work happens in the back where all the cooking and packing gets done. The address can be a little tricky for people who are not from around here, but the locals know the lanes of Marredpally well enough. Most mornings start very early for us, usually before the sun is even up, so we can get everything prepped and ready for the day's orders. It gets pretty hot and humid in the kitchen when all the burners are going at once, especially during the wedding season when things get really hectic. We are just a small team of people who have been working together for a long time now. We know each other’s habits and how to stay out of each other's way in the tight workspace. Hyderabad traffic is always a bit of a gamble, so we spend a lot of time worrying about delivery vans getting through the streets on time. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People just seem to find out about us through word of mouth from their neighbors or family members. It is just a lot of hard work and long hours.
