Running Kbr Bar & Restaurants Llp keeps us on our toes. We are located over on Road No. 36 in the Shaikpet area. If you know Hyderabad, you know this road is always packed with cars and people going somewhere. Our plot, 1098, is right in the middle of it all. We spend most of our evenings here. It's a lot of managing tables and making sure the kitchen is running right. We aren't trying to be the most expensive place in town. We just want a spot where people feel okay sitting for an hour. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s just how it goes on a Friday night. We handle everything from the cleaning to the inventory ourselves. It’s a family-run kind of feel even though the name sounds formal. We chose this spot because it's easy for people to find after work. The traffic on Road 36 can be a headache, but we’re used to it by now. We don't do much advertising. Usually, people just see the sign and walk in. We keep the menu simple because we don't like overcomplicating things. Most days start early with deliveries coming in the back. It is a tough business, but we enjoy the routine of it. We take it day by day.
