Our food shop is located at 74/A in the Srinivasa Nagar Colony, right near the ECIL Post in the AS Rao Nagar area. We focus on making traditional snacks and sweets that remind people of what they used to eat at home. The kitchen is right in the back, and you can usually smell whatever is frying or boiling the moment you step inside. It gets quite warm in there, especially during the summer months, but that’s just the nature of the work. We don’t use a lot of big machines; most of the preparation is done by hand by people who have been doing this for years. We try to make everything in small batches so it doesn’t sit around on the shelves for too long. The shop itself is quite small, so it can get pretty crowded on the weekends or during festival times. We have some glass jars and containers filled with different snacks, and we just scoop them out for customers. It’s a bit noisy with the fans going and the traffic from the colony outside, but we like the energy of the place. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a long time, and we know many of our customers by their faces. It’s a simple, local business where we just focus on making things that taste right. There aren't any fancy decorations, just the food and us working behind the counter.
