Jupiter Cuisine & Yallops Coffee Shop

Our place is located in Gangapur Layout at Plot No 1. The full address is D.No 11-3-6, which is what we have on our official paperwork. Jupiter Cuisine & Yallops Coffee Shop is a bit of a long name, I know, but we couldn't decide on just one. We handle both the food side and the coffee side under one roof here. The layout is mostly a residential neighborhood, so we don't get the huge crowds you might see in the city center. It’s more of a local crowd for us. People from the nearby houses come in for their meals or a coffee in the morning. We have a kitchen in the back where we do all the cooking and prep work. It’s a simple setup with a couple of gas stoves and a lot of counter space for chopping. The Yallops part is just the coffee counter at the front where the machine sits. We started with just the food and added the coffee later because people kept asking for it with their meals. The building is just a standard plot that we’ve converted into a shop. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in uniforms or menus in leather covers. We just bring the food out to the table when it’s ready. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders at once, but we manage somehow. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know most of the people who walk in.
